Each Player is permitted to hold and operate exactly one Account on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you have made your own independent assessment of the legal permissibility of your participation.
To access Stake88's services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, and any additional information requested. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you will update it promptly should it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Specifically, you must:

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as you notify us in writing of any suspected breach.

Stake88 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Malaysian players, including online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect; e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay; and real-time bank transfer via DuitNow and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by Stake88 are governed by these general terms together with any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount and must be completed within the bonus validity period. Failure to complete wagering within the expiry window will result in automatic cancellation of the remaining bonus balance and any derived winnings.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is RM 300, unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of any wager before confirming it. Stake88 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been placed and confirmed.
Sports betting markets on Stake88, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each market type. In the event of a dispute, result confirmations from official governing bodies (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia, UFC official results) shall be determinative.
All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and instant-win products — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified for fairness. The Stake88 name, logo, and domain are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stake88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if Stake88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Stake88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Stake88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Stake88 support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 working days.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stake88 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
